I found my way into esports through League of Legends, first casting community tournaments for LoL-Game and later editing highlights for a Continental League team. At the time, I was still working in the field I had studied at university. Alongside my day job, I learned Premiere Pro and After Effects and took on my first paid projects: tournament promos, advertising and graphics for live broadcasts.
I've been a full-time freelancer since March 2018. After leaving my day job, I edited guides for MoreLegends. That's where I met Zac, and we've been working together ever since.
I started working with ESL in 2021, when they were actively looking for video editors who were native Russian speakers. I edited interviews, shows and other content for tournament broadcasts, and spent several years editing story-driven videos for their YouTube channel.
For the 2025 and 2026 Esports World Cup, I worked as a broadcast video editor in Riyadh and Paris, editing interviews, team and player features, entertainment segments and match promos.
I also work on voice-over and graphics localization. I enjoy refining templates, automating repetitive tasks and writing scripts. I'm an active ChatGPT user and a vibe coder, using it to develop my own tools for video and subtitles.
